Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Credit Deduction: When you reserve a 60-minute class at Fame Fatale Pole Dance & Fitness Studio, one 60-minute class credit will be deducted from your package.

Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled class at Femme Fatale Pole Dance Studio INC to have the credit returned to your package.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled class or fail to attend without prior cancellation, the class credit will be forfeited.

Pole 1

Learn the foundations of pole dancing, while building strength and flexibility. This class will introduce you to basic spins and floor work, as well as increase your core and upper body strength, while increasing your overall flexibility. Come to class in shorts and a fitted shirt. Heels are optional.

Pole 2

Once you have nailed the essential in Pole 1 and feel comfortable with basic pole techniques and spins, we begin to prepare you for intermediate techniques. In Pole 2 you will expand your spin repertoire, begin climbing, and lifting yourself on the pole. The focus is strengthening and conditioning to prepare your body to invert. Come to class in shorts and a tank top.

Beginner Inversions

Beginner inversions is for students who have mastered Pole 2 techniques but not yet ready for inversions. This class will focus on the foundations of inverts and aerial poses. You will learn the basics of inverting and hanging out upside down. You will learn to feel comfortable in your leg hangs, butterfly, thigh holds and layback. This class will also introduce and condition for additional inverts entrances such as aerial inverts and shoulder mounts. We will focus on connecting moves and transitions in order to create beautiful combinations. Come to class in shorts and a tank top.

Intermediate Inversions

This class will focus on inversions and combos that consist of movements based on the foundational moves of leg hangs, hip holds, shoulder mounts, superman, caterpillar, hand springs and so much more. Please ensure you are comfortable with all of your leg hangs, hip holds, shoulder mount inversion and at least one type of handspring (from the floor or descending into one). For those who have aced intermediate level and need to upgrade their skills in pole by learning different variations of inverts and grips, learn how to do combos on static and spin poles. Come to class in shorts and a tank top.

Exotic Dance

Step into your power and embrace the art of movement with pole choreography. This fun and challenging class will guide you through sultry, strength building pole dance routines while helping you improve your technique. Each class is a perfect balance of energizing workouts and playful artistry, helping you build ankle strength, flexibility, and poise on and off the pole. Let the music move you as you discover a new way to express yourself, while having a blast in a supportive and empowering environment. Pleaser style platforms shoes and knee pads recommended.

Arch Back flexibility

Improve the strength and flexibility in your back, shoulders and hips to increase your range of motion. This class will focus on your back flexibility. Bend over backwards with us. Don’t forget your yoga mat and a water bottle.

Splits Flexibility

Unlock your flexibility and work towards achieving the perfect splits in our dedicated Splits Flexibility class! This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re just starting your flexibility journey or looking to deepen your splits. You’ll be guided through a series of targeted stretches and techniques to safely improve your range of motion, with a special focus on hamstrings, hip flexors and lower back mobility. Perfect for pole dancers or anyone wanting to increase their flexibility, this class will help you progress towards graceful lines and enhanced body control. With consistent practice, you’ll notice improvements not only in your splits but also in your overall strength and balance. No experience required – just bring an open mind and be ready to stretch. Knee pads and yoga mat are recommended for comfort.
