Certified Pole Instructor
Hi! I’m Sara, and I’m so excited to welcome you to the world of
pole! I am the owner of Femme Fatale Pole Dance & Fitness Studio.
I’m a certified pole instructor with over six years of experience
in pole fitness and dance.
My passion is helping people of all backgrounds discover strength,
confidence and joy through movement. Whether you’re stepping into
the studio for the first time or building on your advanced flow,
I’m here to support your journey and every step (and spin!) of the
way.
My classes blend technique, musicality, and self expression – so
expect to sweat, smile and surprise yourself! My teaching
philosophy is simple: everyone is welcome, every body is capable,
and progress is more important than perfection. When I’m not
teaching you can find me at the yoga studio, training or
experimenting with new choreography.
I believe pole is more than a fitness – it’s a celebration of
individuality, resilience, and artistic freedom. Ready to try

Meet Your Instructor: Serenne
Hip Hop Class
Meet Serenne! Serenne is so excited to dance with you at our Hot
Girl Monday Hip Hop class. Serenne has been dancing as long as she
can remember – and she’s all about using movement as a way to
express what words sometimes can’t.
Her class blends traditional hip hop with a fun, sassy, and
current vibe. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience,
this is a safe, high-energy space to let loose, grow your
confidence, and just have fun.
Expect to challenge yourself, laugh, bring out your personality,
and leave feeling stronger – not just as a dancer, but as you.
Meet Your Instructor: Andrea
Certified Pole instructor
Andrea started pole fitness in 2017 and instantly fell in love
with the strength and flexibility components of pole. She became a
certified coach in 2020.
When Andrea is not in the studio, she enjoys swinging on her
Flying Pole and Lyra Hoop, paddleboarding and going on mini hikes
with her mini dog. She is an EarlyChildhood Educator and works in
a Kindergarden class. She loves crafting and the outdoors, but
also enjoys naps and cuddles with her dog.
Andrea is passionate about Pole Fitness and loves to bring
elements together into combos, ensuring a safe environment for
everyone to feel good and have fun!
Meet Your Instructor: Shan
With over a decade of experience in the health, fitness, and
wellness space, Shan brings a unique blend of fitness, yoga, and
martial arts to every class.
Known for using the power of voice to inspire, motivate and
challenge others, Shan creates an environment where participants
feel empowered to push past limits and reconnect with purpose.
For Shan, training is more than just movements, it's a chance to
come together, build resilience, and fight for something that
truly matters: our health and wellness!
